A tutor comes out to the workplace to complete the training and test. (This element does not have to be completed if the learner has achieved GCSEs in English and Maths in the last five years).
Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR)
There is no formal assessment but evidence that it has been covered will be required when claiming certification.
